美国南卡罗来纳州对未注册代币销售发出停止令

据coindesk报道，南卡罗来纳州检察官办公室向区块链初创公司 ShipChain 发出停止令，称该公司违反了该州的证券法。该命令如果被最终确定 ，将禁止 ShipChain 的交易业务，以及其在南卡罗来纳州境内从事或处理来自南卡罗莱纳州的证券相关产业。该创业公司有 30 天的时间要求就此事进行听证会。ShipChain 官方推特表示已收到该命令并表示正在准备正式的回应。
