I heard that many are accumulating Bitcoin and they are doing it silently at this time when there is a considerable dip - in comparison to the last ATH. And this can be because many are really expecting that 2022 can also be a good year for Bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general. I then prefer to be surprised and feel some "shock" when many alts will be rising next year even if I am not holding many of them.

They are still holding, which means that they expect a bullish period in the coming months. But I think that it will be no earlier than February.
