Russian government official calls to legalize mining ‘as soon as possible’

Russia is currently facing many problems due to the attack on Ukraine, due to which they are also facing sanctions from all over the world, its government is now on its own so it would do anything possible to stay financially strong.

Shortly after statements by a part of the Russian government that the country would accept Bitcoin as a payment method for oil and gas, a representative of the Russian government says that it would be necessary to create laws and allow mining of Bitcoin and altcoins as soon as possible. Something that a sector of the government did not like very much.

What is your opinion on these new statements?.

it sounds good, but I think It's impossible to happen.
I don't believe russian government will legalize bitcoin mining.
Russian and Chinese are the best friend, we know Chinese government against the bitcoin mining and refused it.
So I think Russian government will be.

Not only that but what will they be mining for while Ethereum has now closed their mining and switched to other networks, whereas if you want to do mining then only Bitcoin is left which might be a bit profitable but must be reconsidered with the high cost. There are and the results are obtained because it takes a very long time to get the capital back.
