Analisti: La legge statunitense sulla difesa potrebbe costituire un problema per USDC e le stablecoin

Secondo Mark Palmer, analista di Berenberg, una proposta di legge sulla difesa nazionale degli Stati Uniti potrebbe sottoporre gli emittenti di stablecoin a requisiti di Know Your Customer e Anti-Money Laundering che non sarebbero in grado di rispettare.
