Since I got here I have been visiting the forum frequently but I don't really understand or know where to look at, I have experience with other forums but here I feel so confused with all the features and the user interface of this forum. So does anyone else feel the same?

I practically do not know what to do here since I got my account teleported here. maybe someone can help me out.

I have been in this forum for a couple of months now. I had the same feeling when I started exploring this forum. Because we are used to the other forum. But, as time goes by, everything is normal now and I got used to this forum as well. We cannot expect twitter to be facebook and facebook to be twitter.

Both forum has its unique systems and we should accept them. Start spending time here and explore the forum categories, you will get used to it within a month or so. The answer to your question is Yes. I also felt the same when I came here.

If you have the Chat activated (see home page), then you could ask there for faster responses. The admin, mods, older members, and even teleported members that are more familiar with the features can assist you in navigating the forum. If you're still confused after your initial inquiry and want a lengthier discussion/explanation, then you can also open a topic.

I don't understand what the problem is, because BTT and this forum are ultimately forums that are basically the same because they are designed in a similar way to contain boards where users then start topics and discuss various things. Therefore, it is very strange to me that someone asks what to do on the forum - even more so considering that it comes from another forum.

@Churchillvv, you should specify more exactly what your problem is, because all you have to do is find a topic that interests you and start a discussion with other members.

As @Lucius says, I think you should be more specific with the problems you think you have with the forum. Technically, this forum and BTT are almost the same, boards, threads, sections, posts and some characteristics that, although minimal, differentiate both forums. I recommend that the best thing you can do to start (I assume you have read the forum rules) is to visit the boards that you like the most and start giving your opinion or asking what you don't know.

I have been here since December 2023, at first, I am not familiar with the boards/sections or where to look at for the things I want to read. As time goes by with the continuous reading and engagement with the other forum members, I got to know and understand a lot of things including the rules, etc.

In your case, who just teleported the rank here from other forum, do you even consider asking yourself, what kind of learnings you can find here or what's the point of teleporting your rank here? what is your motive by going here? Because you can't just go to some other place without any idea of what you should do. Not all the time there's someone who would tell you what to do. You should look for the purpose for yourself if you go to some place just like teleporting in this forum.

You will just have to accept the fact that we all have to learn, even that other platform you have been used to is something that you must have once been a novice there before it takes you time to learn and get used to it, which same applies here, you will have to patient, active and ready to learn before getting used to this platform as time goes on, so many of us have already blend since we have joined and got used to it.

Other than the feature to view who sends karma to me, I don't think the forum is really that different from Bitcointalk or other forums in general. On the other hand, the number of boards can be overwhelming, but you just have to click and see what the board is about. There's nothing that you need to learn in great detail. If your purpose is to rank up or grow your reputation, then all you have to do is contribute and make posts, just like usual. Besides, don't you see the usual quick guidelines after each post on every thread? That should give you a quick rundown of what to do and don't do in this forum.

In all forums you will find many features that you may not be aware of while visiting. You should spend more time on this forum and review all the features to get familiar with the features and user interface. If the features of this forum merge with the features of other forums you use, there will be no purpose to find anything new. However here you will get almost everything like btt forum but you may find it a little difficult to understand because of the different options. After you use it for a while it will become easier for you.

I think it will be solved after a few days if you explore this forum, I think this forums features will not disappoint you here lots of extra and interesting features. It's may true for the some forum, but I think most people's who are from the Bitcointalk forum those haven't seen the ,move features currently, Gif supported avatar,  directly youtube content input, also the youtube search, inserting mail. As well as also the converting points to tokens.

The other forum is different. Bitcointalk has like 250 BTC in reserves which obviously is safely stored in a multi-sig, but a hacker who is able to exploit Bitocintlak to get admin privileges is still able to do a lot of damages. That's why there are not so many fancy buttons for interacting with a post compared to Altcoinstalks.

Here there is a lot less to lose if someone's account gets hacked.

I'm not a user of the BTT forum, but according to @lucius, the BTT forum and this forum are similar, and teleported users have always said the BTT forum is more advanced than this forum, so we'd appreciate it if you could be specific about your problem so that it can help this forum as well.
