Yellow Box Badge Under Username, What is That??

Aside from what admin have said that the yellow box under some forum user's username is an indicator for some ranks that have not badge yet, I've in previous times saw that box under some member's username and I thought it was an indicator that that user was online a couple minutes ago but away at that particular moment, this has always been my thought concerning the yellow box, how wrong I was  .

And I thought it tells us about the quality of content that person is sharing here, well, I also misunderstood this on the following thread, as you can see in the pic, it says it is given to a mod that is not active, or maybe I am misinterpreting it. But as Jokers said he doesn't have such a badge while he is active. And now admin says, this badge is given without considering ranks, and going to remove this.

What I think is, this is some outdated stuff which needs a little cleaning.

I'm just looking for information about the "yellwow box" badge and what its function is because I often see it on members who generally have high ranks.
But there are also newbie members who have the "yellwow box" badge and this is what made me even more curious.

Looking at the words and arrows to "yellwow box" in this thread, it seems like the Moderator took a break for a few weeks so he got the "yellwow box" badge, this is enough to convince me of the meaning of the "yellwow box" badge. Thank you
And now for me this won't be a problem because the Admin has provided relevant information about the "yellwow box" badge and the Admin said he will immediately delete it for members who don't need to get the "yellwow box" badge.

The yellow box means Local Mods. when any local mods post on his local section then there profile slows but if any local mods make any global post then there profile shows Yellow box which you mentioned. for example you can check my profile

If you read the topic, you would see that this answer is not entirely correct. I speak as a local moderator (I don’t have any yellow square here, as you can see). Not only that, but it was paid reply. In general, he worked hard on the screenshots and the discussions were on the front page.

after this thread, i'll work on removing it from these ranks.

I don't think it's bad, but if you decide to remove it, I suggest replacing it, or at least having a badge to identify the local modz.
In addition to modifying the council logo, its dimensions appear somewhat large.

Thanks Jokers for your advice and maybe this will be the best way for me to find out about "the yellow box".
As the admin said, this "yellow box" will soon be removed for members who shouldn't have it.

Well, replacing it is better than removing it you think but I would rather delete it so there is no more confusion and confusion regarding the "yellow box".

Thanks for the karma, but I just saw yours is zero, how? AFAIK it was not zero before, or I am mistaken here, I also saw on another girl member having - ve karma while she is also legendary. You can ignore the question if that's personal. I was also thought the yellow badge meant local mod, because our local mode is Themepen and I first saw this badge on his profile.

JISAN's answer is incorrect. You can read this topic again and see more info about this yellow square and that it is planned to delete it in the future as outdated.

Thanks for the information, I did not read these threads before, I actually was in confusion that these 2 profiles might have zero or -1 karmas but when I saw the aviiva's reply I got more confused because she had karma. After reading these two threads, I am amazed to know that these are 5 accounts in total belonging to one person. That's so shocking.
