There is no end to human in daily life due to which people tend to spend more than what they earn. Since people lead their lives with their endless needs, they have to work tirelessly to earn money. A businessman needs a lot of hard work to be successful and experience is born in every field. The more a businessman works the faster his business will grow and move towards success. Some people see their businesses collapse because they are lazy. Moreover, I believe that hard work and continuous efforts have made many people successful today. Many new shop owner enter my area but most people drop out during the dream period. Because they live a life of much idleness and are not fit for business.

If someone is thinking of starting a business, he must first know all the rules and regulations of the business, then he has to start the business. Sometimes many people start a business without knowing the reason for any business rules, and later they are seen to be out of business due to various reasons.  The main reason is that one starts a business without having experience about business due to which one has to face such problems so I think one should have experience about business.

Whether you say business or work you need to have patience power honesty to be successful. If a person does not have patience power interest in any work then he can never be successful. Every day we need basic things to run our life and to fulfill these we need different things.  I get involved in work, some do business, some do jobs, different people are involved in different professions. But whoever does whatever he does, if he does not have interest in his work, he will never be successful.

The only thing I can say is essential in the qualities you’ve just listed is patience. I don’t think power and honesty are qualities one must possess to be successful, especially in business, because most individuals can be able to succeed in their business without actually having power and without completely being honest to their customers and clients. But rather, with exceptional skills, I’ll also say financial necessity and getting all the motivations you’ll need from wherever you can, can greatly contribute to the success of a business.

Although, success is more of a subjective term, which can be defined in different ways by different people in different situations. While interest or passion can also greatly contribute to the success of a business, it’s still not the only thing that determines it as you implied. There are several things that can serve as the major drive for success and success could be achieved through divers paths.

I agree with you on this that for you to be successful One need to work hard and be diligent in your work, taking responsibility of your self and what you do is key to success and growth of any business one embark on, hard working don't necessarily mean you will be over working your self as all that you need is to be smart in your work and bring ideas that can take your business forward

When hustling, we should be mindful of doing legit things, what will make us happy not even now, but in the future as well, we are not expected to oppress others while we are trying to gain ground with what we are doing, others shouldn't be the cost for our own breakthrough and we shouldn't step on them for no any reason, when we do things the right way, it will definitely turned like a miracle on us with time.

Doubling your hustle does not guarantee success and it is not enough, I won't say it's bad, but it can affect someone mentally, you will be mentally and physically exhausted, I suggest you focus on Doubling your efforts in one hustle rather than Doubling your hustles, put all your attentions and energy in one hustle and find it direction, and the direction can lead you to success.
