Why are people not posting enough jobs here again, people are here who can do decent jobs for you in writing, graphics, and many other things. Help your friends in need of opportunities.

I think the reason why we are not seeing mny job offers here is that the forum is still growing and the advertisers feel that they may not get the skills tht they're searching for here. This is obviously wrong because I hve noticed that  good number of members here actually teleported fron Bitcointalk. If you're  member there, you may have noticed that even the service board doesn't have too many ads these days. The reason is that employers do not view crypto forums as the ideal platforms where they should hunt for talents online freelance websites such as Freelancer.com.

It's probably because there are no open jobs yet. There are plenty of jobs board outside the forum and freelancing market that you can check for. If you want to get some job, you have to be resourceful and needs to check every platform where opportunities are being posted. But I understand your frustration and I hope that there will be more jobs and gigs posted here for everybody to take.

It will be nice if people can secure gigs here too. That way it will attract more freelancers and also keep the community more active. Inflation is eating up our society and people will only spend time where the get money to solve their basic needs.

Yeah, when there are jobs available in the forum, more time and activities will be running in the forum for more forum users to be more active. It is funny when there are lots of talented persons here with different fields of professionalism and are going out somewhere else, being busy there, and a friendly crypto community like this is not filled with jobs that will bring in more users.

The number of jobs on such forums has now decreased because when the number of good projects was high, many people used to participate in the bounty, but gradually as the number of scam projects increased the bounty has also decreased.

At one time, many people used to earn money by participating in airdrops programs, but with the increase in fraud so people no longer want to do airdrops. There was a lot of hype about telegram gaming airdrops in the past year, but scam projects are also on the rise which is why people are moving away from it. However, we have to wait for the new crypto trend to come from where people can earn money for free.

True, due to the high rate of scam projects, there have been reduced jobs/tasks for the forum participants. Signature campaigns are limited to compare with the available members of the forum.

The forum is still under developing and the population is not large as Bitcointalk forum, it is a gradual process things will be okay as time goes. But at the moment if you also have any job to to like graphics design and others, you can also create a thread for it and people will hire you to do some jobs.

Apart from the writing and posting jobs I. The forum, there are other things you can do to to earn. Website designing, graphics designing and others things to do but at first show the community what you can do

Yes, signature campaigns have limited slots and the members who make good posts and who understand cryptocurrencies and the market quite well get accepted in those campaigns. The manager Icopress has done quite good for the forum by bringing 3 signature campaigns here and that's a quite positive step.

Currently, the number of jobs in all such forums including btt forum is low. So there is no direct job opening here. However, there are many job boards and freelancing markets outside this forum that you can check, such as fiver, upwork, freelance. From such forums, signature, social bounty Some markets like airdrops can be entered. However, the demand for all these jobs is low and good projects will never offer such programs. If you have experience in any subject like video editing, graphics design, web development then you can quickly earn good money in this market place.

I could recall the time when Bounties were always on and active on the forum but currently, bounties can hardly be seen in the forum because of scam as you rightly said. Where hunters will work and at the end they won't be paid. I've also fall into this category too.

Currently what is paying in the forum is signature campaign and contest/raffles. But not all members are opportuned to be amongst the running campaign because of large workforce and lesser number of signature campaigns.. hahaha

I just hope with time, job opportunities would be seen in the Crypto gigs space and also availability of more signature campaigns would also be observed in the forum.

I think the decline of this maybe attributed to scammer and a lot of persons may have lost interest in it due to many hunters have been left unpaid or even scammed,  leading to lost of trust in the bounty system.  And signature campaigns that has become a more reliable source of income for some members,  but the opportunities are limited.  If members can work together to identify and promote legitimate opportunities and provide good feedback it would improve the bounty system.
