You have only mentioned here how you will receive notification when your posts are deleted. You must contact your admin for this because only admin can give solution.

All we know is that if the current discussion you are having is not informative and appropriate and logical then the post is trashed by the moderator. And it is left there and not completely deleted so you can check your profile to know all the information.

I don't see any deleted posts in your account. If it was, it'd been in Trash section. So which post do you mean?

And no, deleting posts is not notified by e-mail or any other way if you don't get a registered warning in case of breaking the rules.

This is actually the answer of OP. Deleted posts are not actually deleted here, only move to trash board, unless it's really removed which i never experienced yet.
About the email notification i don't think it's necessary, maybe some in-app notification like PM works but not necessary.
For the telegram notifier bot i can't add that feature since it can't scrape the Trash board for some reason.
