Hacked account

As an altcoin user, you logged in to your account and it has been hacked. At that point, what will be on your mind? How will you feel?
Please, let's know your opinions.

The same way you would feel when you have any of your accounts on any other social media platform hacked is the same way you would feel if your account on this forum was hacked. If it is an account that you've not invested a lot of time in and maybe not promoting any signature campaigns, you can easily decide to open up a fresh account and start off again, but if it's an account that you've invested a lot of your effort in and maybe is actively promoting a signature campaign in this forum and earning some stipends as benefits, it will hurt a lot knowing that these benefits will no longer come immediately even if you open up a fresh account.

Of course I am very sad and disappointed, I definitely regret why I didn't install security on my account and forgot to write down my account recovery data, which made me really regret it. My suggestion is that if you create an account, you must save the data after you register so that when you forget later, you can see the notes you have saved.

I think losing a Forum account would have more devastating effects than losing an account on social media, well just as you've said, it depends on certain various factors, such as the whether the forum account has achieved a reasonable level or rank, or currently promoting a campaign just as you've rightly stated, when also considering the social media account,  we can also consider if the account is just a personal account or if it's a business account that contains clients and/or sensitive information that could end up having disastrous effects if it eventually falls into the wrong hands. These are the things to put into consideration that would determine the effect of the loss. But the truth still remains that no one would be happy being hacked or have his account hijacked,  so it's better to take the necessary measures to protect one's self from such scenarios in subsequent times.

I will be disappointed if my account has a good ranking and is is on a signature campaign, but more especially if I have business running in a forum, members should be aware that many hackers are targeting valuable account so do all the necessary to secure your account and if its hacked you have ways to recover your account.

Such experience is very frustrating you know. After building your account only for you to discover that your account have been hacked by some unscrupulous elements looking for who's account they would use to commit crime. What else if not to commit crime with the hacked account and before a hacker does hack an account, possibly, they already have a target who they want to achieve.

This is why we are advised to not give anybody our login information but keep it confidential and not leave any information about our login details because no one can be trusted anymore. Of one's account is hacked and they have all information with them to prove their authenticity, they can get it back if it is possible to do so through the admin and I hope the hackers would not have done anything funny by then which would discredit the account reputation on the platform.

Well, the majority I believe would say they will feel bad, but then, ones feeling doest solve this issue, personally, if ever I tried logging into my account and discovered I've been hacked, the next thing to do is start looking for means with through which I can recover back the account, as the account original holder, there should be lots of things or information you have about the account that the hacker didn't know about, those information should act as a way to proof your ownership of the account, which if you contact the admin of the platform, the account can be recovered for you before the hacker does any more damage to the reputation of the account.

So, in the nutshell, prompt action to recover the account back is what I will immediately embark on, feelings doesn't solve anything.
