The EVM Incompatibility With Certain L2 Frameworks;
« on: May 23, 2024, 01:59:32 PM »
Since the emergence of L2 frameworks, we have noticed swift Defi transactions. However, it still has its shortcomings, one of which is compatibility with other EVM networks.

Most cases, assets need to be bridged. This pose some risks as we know it. Does anyone know of an innovation directed towards combating this shortcoming??

Not that I know of. Which projects are you referring to btw? I'm not an expert in EVM by any means but even if they use the same thing, wouldn't bridging still be required since they use different blockchains to begin with? I don't think existing L2 projects would try to remove their market by introducing an all-in-one blockchain. If token A in the ETH blockchain is the same as token A in their blockchain, why bother launching their network in the first place?
