It's not embarrassing in my opinion, what's embarrassing is when we never learn from our mistakes, because our nature as humans is to continue learning to update our knowledge.

When someone doesn't want to learn from their mistakes then they will make the same mistakes in the future, yes it's like a donkey that falls into the same hole. The question is do we want to be equated with that? of course not, right?

You just need to be attentive and not rush. Know your pen and be calm even when there is complete chaos around. You also need to be able to say to yourself "enough". In general, you need to be able to develop yourself, and such an outcome will lead to success in all aspects of life.

Well, this is related to self-control because without good self-control, we will not be able to say "enough" to ourselves. We will not even be calm when experiencing a very bad situation.

Everyone actually has a basis for self-control, but not everyone can bring it out because they are too controlled by greed and others. This is clearly not easy, but it is not impossible to do.
