Personally I think ever since the launch or the ton network and one of its most popular coins NOT COIN which I'm sure everyone must have heard of one way or the other, the whole telegram space has been flooded or should I say oversaturated with airdrops of different kinds. And admist this there have been many legit ones and also a variety of scam ones too. Although I don't really do airdrops, I'll say that based on what I've seen so far, some people are good at farming them .

So airdrops aren't as legit as they seem and most of the time they use these wide audience of farmers on telegram and twitter to build their social media handles and start earning decent from them.

Yes, there have been many airdrops mentioned within the Telegram space since the launching of the TON network with its coins. Most of them are genuine, while some of them are frauds or scams that entice unsuspecting victims into the operation. I have also observed some people play smart in the situation where they use airdrops to gain the audience on social media and make profits. There are so many opportunities, promotions, and products out there waiting for a customer and hence it is important to be very careful and not be cheated.

That's a nice move mate , and a nice decision to take missing such opportunity shouldn't be an option . Because notcoin is the best coin that farm well in their airdrops in ton blockchain, and now that same notcoin is backing up this recent project. Actually that is the scope now, they use it to grow their social media handles while deceiving people that their project is genuine. Of lately most of them are beginning to fallout with their participants with Rocky Rabbit being the latest of them all. Some demand for a connection of about 0.5 TON which they claim to be a support TON chain connection but it goes into their wallet and that is a big scam and red flag.

It is unfortunate that  newbies are mostly caught up in this mess and their first experience with this does not really give them a good view and perspectives about crypto and how it works.

So that they won't be a victim of such

Wetin you expect? Na so e dey always be when it comes to anything that people will benefit from. I like the way crypto space dey grow and I no longer doubt say this crypto space go fail short of adoption in the long run. Even people wey no know between crypto and bitcoin, wallet and exchange, public and private key etc all don follow join the space. I like the way people dey join am to know the benefit of having another means of saving money rather than depending on the centralized banking system we’ve Ben using for years now.

 It is very ideal to put those close to you that really want to know how it works so that they don’t fall in scam. The percentage of people that joined crypto through the telegram mini app are many and they all came for the free money from the airdrop. They should not fell discouraged if those airdrops don’t pay, they should be encouraged to carry on as there are other things they can benefit from the space asides from just mining through telegram mini app.

I never even knew there was a coin like Rocky Rabbit in the aidrop ecosystem until it was a week before the launch that was when I knew about them and all I can say is that there were red flag but people didn't pay any attention about it. It's only Blum that I'm doing there task that is not available in the pre market and that's because the team are transparent and know by the Ton blockchain including notcoin, any coin that is not listed on premarket, I don't do them or waste my time on them.

The team requesting for 0.5 Ton is another red flag, even Dog that did requested didn't requested, they did it in a way to know real account and they were given extra tokens for that task which was worth $15 when it was listed but look at the so called rabbit token, they didn't give people there complete token because half is vested and it wasn't upto to the amount spent on the 0.5 Ton.

It is not bad seeing newbies onboard the system and it is good the adoption continues till everyone individual gets to know more about crypto. However, it does not just end in onboarding a newbie, guiding them through the process matters because as they are new, there is every tendencies that they might make mistakes that could cost them their investment or anything important to them. For instance, there is a buzz on X of a pharmacist who resigned his job for an airdrop he has no knowledge about from findings, he is a newbie that has no knowledge and idea how the system works  and at the entire end, he regretted his actions as the allocation of the airdrop he got was very disappointing that both the larger community went agog for the twist of event.  If the person that onboarded him had told he how things works in the crypto space, I believe he would not have made such mistake, possibly he would still be at his work place now.

It is one thing to recruit newbies and it is another thing to properly inform them on how the system works so they do not make any silly mistake. The industry is very funny though and as such we should try protect anybody we are introducing because they are new and any funny incident they encounter sends a wrong perspective to them about the whole process and that would discourage them and make them talk ill about the system not knowing that they made mistakes and failed to inquire to get more knowledge to keep themselves equipped and protected.

When you are mining any airdrop don't put your mind on the Airdrop but you can just play with the Airdrop like having fun. But whereby you put all your mind on the Airdrop and thinking that you are going to make good amount of money from the Airdrop then you are making big mistake. Airdrops are not to make good money but for small amount If only the Airdrop pays.
