Ark Invest CEO Cathie Wood is for Trump for US economy

Cathie Wood has it in her rights to vote for whoever she chooses, but please can we stop with the 'crypto president' thing, BTC is decentralized, and does not have to be dragged into politics.

I cannot understand the BTC community lately, what do you guys believe would happen if Trump becomes president, you think they'll suddenly stop going after BTC privacy solutions or the white house will loud support for BTC, let us wake up, politicians only care for their own interests.

But the thing is, it's true that she has every right to vote for whoever she chooses, but she make it public and she is a public figure and that's why we are all debating about whether it's good that she opens her mouth and give us here opinion especially that Trump is supposedly pro-crypto and as CEO of Ark investment, she has her vested interest here.

So the question, is she trying to influence and persuaded other Bitcoin enthusiast with this kind of revelations? And that she thinks that Trump is the best candidate for the US right now and will turn the tide and make US great again?

And as per the debate, I'm not a US citizen, but from what I read, it hurt Biden as it shows that he can't run the country at 80+ years old.

Trump does not care about BTC or the crypto industry, Trump only cares about winning the election that is forthcoming, and if he will score a few points by deceiving gullible crypto users that he is a 'crypto guy', then he is surely going to do it. If you are choosing either of the candidates, it should never be because you feel the one you chose would support BTC, find another reason.

That's an obvious thing, who knows if he will fulfill his promises or not. But betraying the voters is only going to lose his trust among the people. So next time, people won't be giving votes to him, either he supports crypto or some other sector of life. They will tag him as the biggest liar. Well, I don't think he is going to break voter's trust just for the sake of a presidential seat.

I won't think it will be a good deal for him. Overall, everyone knows, that these politicians make big promises, then they take support of some funds or opposition excuses to calm down the supporters. And I also said before in some of my relevant topic posts that, Biden has already streamlined the adoption of BTC by approving the ETFs with no big drama, and now of ETH as well, and analysists are saying SOL ETF is the next one. So, Trump will only follow his path.

I don't know what she is trying to do, but i am sure the BTC community is filled with 'intelligent' people, so should they be influenced by what anybody says? Bitcoiners from the U.S are going to vote for who they think is the best candidate, but it should never be on the basis that one of the candidates is a 'crypto guy', because none of them cares about BTC or bitcoiners.

He will be 82 at the end of his presidency and he can't be re-elected as he would have already served two terms.

Honestly these people make me dumbfolded. I'm sure they would also vote for Al Capone if he were alive and promised to "boost the economy".

Some of these people don't look at the big picture, they are only thinking about themselves and their investments, but what do they think electing a criminal guilty of selling out America's secrets is going to do for them?

@NotATether, a system in which you only have option A and B is, in my opinion, far from the democracy they are proud of as a society. Realistically, the options they have are to vote for a man who suffers from dementia and who is not capable of anything, or to choose an arrogant bully who still has some sense in his head.

Given that the US is a country where money comes first, then we should not be surprised that the crypto industry is mostly on the side of Trump, who promises them everything they want to hear. To me personally, it looks like a big circus full of amateurs in which in the end nothing turns out the way it should for the majority, but for the minority that is at the top it is always a win-win situation.

The OGs would definitely like that but I don't think that's not necessary to sway voters from the new crypto community (I say new to describe those who came in because of mainstream influence). A promise of approval of some friendly policies or maybe tax reforms related to crypto will be enough.
