Analyzing BTC Trends and the Impact of CEX Incentives

BTC may continue to face downward pressure according to Alan Santana’s recent analysis on TradingView. If this happens, then altcoins will also follow suit since Bitcoin is the father of all. However, many CEXs continue to bring out incentivized events, and people are massively engaging. This splits my mind. On one hand, I am thinking of the recent analysis, and on the other hand, I am having positive thoughts because of the events, which encourage users to trade and bring massive volume. I would like to hear your opinion so I know which way to go about it. Also, what is your take on CEX’s events? Is there any event you think is worth trying from reputable exchanges?

True that bitcoin price has been down since the halving and then, there's was this high increase in manipulation of AltCoin values during when bitcoin experienced high market increase.
But to put this up realistic, bitcoin as the master of crypto currencies dwells its valuabilities on adoptors demands and supplies while AltCoins holds on it values on hyping and market sentiments which drives investors attractions.
So, bitcoin can actually pull up while the AltCoins are left aside so also, the AltCoin developers can set up a market hype which takes lead to the coins increase and then bitcoin can also be left aside.
The power of bitcoin over the values of the AltCoins is that the Altcoin developers understands verily that most of their investors are bitcoin enthusiasts so, quite believing on bitcoin more than the AltCoins, they awaits to pull an increments hit when bitcoin also pulls up for diversified investors to be as much attracted with their projects as much they're overwhelming with the conditions of bitcoin.
