It is very true that car keys are really important. With a Hyundai car, I think it's really expensive unless it's the top end right? I just hope that $10,000 would give it back to the owner and hopefully be worth it for him. 

I don't know the exact price, and it is easier to make duplicate if you already have reserve coded key at home, but guy who found your keys can always open and steal your car.
That means you would need to change all locks and get a new code, that is not cheap at all.
I have seen strange things before when people had ledger around their neck, so I am not that surprised is someone really lost their keys.
Curious people can always call a number from the image if they think it's a joke

If I was the owner I would import seed words to different device and move coins asap, just in case.

I would do the same. But, I am wondering isn't it a stupid act? The person offering 10K means his wallet is worth more than that. So, why someone won't have his backup seed phrase of such wallet where he has stored his cryptocurrency? Sometimes people learn from their stupid mistakes. But what if they have to pay the price of their stupid mistake and what if that is expensive like this one? I got a hardware wallet a couple of months ago from one of my friend and I wrote backups in two papers and stored it in two different place. Still, I haven't moved a single penny to that wallet because I am afraid of losing that wallet. LOL

Stupid thing would be to do nothing, and hope for the best.
I saw people willing to pay crazy amounts for personal stuff, animals, etc and this is no exception.
There is no other reason why anyone would write real phone number on that paper.

By saying, "isn't it a stupid act?" I referred to the guy who was carrying his hardware wallet with his car key without having the backup seed phrases (Sorry for making you confused, that is because of the language barrier). How careless people could be with their money. Or probably he thought it will be better to carry his hardware wallet with him so he don't lose it. But he did not thought about the other side. Sometimes we carry important things with us all the time because we need them everyday (ID's, Credit cards for example), but I can't imagine someone use their Hardware wallet daily.

I understand what you are saying but it was actually stupid from ledger to create hardware wallet that could be used on keychain, they even added additional accessories for that in package.
Owner was reckless for sure for doing this and I would never suggest anyone to carry hardware wallet all the time with keys and other items.
Only if someone has small amount of coins on hardware wallet, or if they needed to make payment or trade coins, than I would understand if they carry device with them.

      -     Putting the hardware wallet on the keychain that is your car key is actually a wrong decision made by the holders. So even if we say that you often use it or open it, it is still not right to put it on your car's keychain.

I just hope that the one who gets it will be returned to the real owner, but if the person who gets it also has cryptocurrency, there will be a 50/50 chance of being able to open it, especially if a hacker is the one who gets it.
