Since memecoin depends on names and funny memes, innovation will be very difficult. There is a Shiba doge, a frog, and the options have become numerous, I expect it to attract fewer investments, but their number will definitely not decrease.
It is true that Memecoin depends on the Names and funny memes and as well as on the hypes trends. But I think that we also can't disagree with that there are also the positive impact on memecoin in bull-season.
Dogecoin did not lose its value because of competitors, but because of the lack of hype around it from Elon Musk and the lack of price increase. Dogecoin competitors are closer to NFTs than crypto memes and some of them are not even coins but tokens inside the blockchain.

to be fair i think all memecoins do depend on the hype around them the reason why they are called memecoins is because they are products of popular characters like how dogecoin is associated with elon musk

i don’t think it’s going to be all forgotten no matter how many memecoins come out this year

Doge memes werevery popular until a few years ago.And with that they have created a niche on the internet.Doge memes are usually created with a picture of a dog.But although now its popularity has decreased a lot.Again, Doge is still known and used by many people on the Internet.

I wouldn't gonna disagree with you because definitely the market of memecoin depends on the hype. And if we look at the doge coin market then we can find this the before coming back on Doge coin it haven't the this potentiality on their market and the prices. But when Elon Musk got behind dogecoin or bought it, its hype went to another level and the price went up much more than many imagined.
