Not all good tokens are listed on uniswap alone, some of them were also found in some exchanges, while some that are performing well as may not be seen in all the reknown crypto platforms, but all we hear is when they are performing well and then from there, the exchanges begin to make moves in listing them and taking them for more serious listings because they are well doing in the market.
