Alpha-CEX adopts an innovative business model operating on the DAO mechanism, ensuring transparent earnings. All user contributions make them shareholders, sharing in the platform’s profits. Users provide liquidity and trading depth to the platform, and in return, receive shares and share profits with the platform. There is no hierarchy between the platform and users, with users holding 90% of the equity, and 10% owned by the team and contributors. All platform earnings are distributed according to smart contracts, beyond the control of the initiators.

About ADT Equity Tokens:

1、Alpha-CEX issues 100,000,000 equity tokens, abbreviated as ADT. Of these, 90% are distributed to the global community, and 10% belong to the founding team and investors.
2、Equity tokens currently only have dividend and voting functions.
3、50% of the revenue contract pool will be allocated to the dividend contract pool, which will be used for global shareholder dividends. Holding equity tokens entitles shareholders to monthly dividends based on their shareholding ratio.
4、The community holds 90% of the equity tokens, but during the dividend period, shareholders holding equity tokens must complete transaction mining KPI assessments to continue receiving dividends. Unmet assessments will result in the retrieval of equity tokens.
