What are your favorite modular blockchain projects and why?

Since Celestia gained recognition a couple of months ago, we've seen several modular blockchain projects go live, such as Dimensions (DYM), Cevmos, Fuel, Eclipse, Avail, etc.

I’m still trying to understand the concept(s), so I’m here for some insights. If you’re deep into DeFi & Blockchain tech, I’d love to hear your opinion on this.

I may not want to go by the recent ones because am not sure on how their existence is going to last long, but going by what we have already have, i will say that there is nothing we can compare to that of bitcoin network, others are just a follow up of what has been started or achieved already and i don't think we should have as many as possible expectations in them like we do in bitcoin.
