Circle and Coinbase are well-known in the market for their cautious regulatory compliance efforts, and the swift compliance of their stablecoins with MiCA and finding the best position in the upcoming crypto wave in the EU further confirms this.

Circle and Coinbase have a fan base, good reserves and access to influential people, so if they are not approved, I do not think that many will obtain approval, and certainly not all stablecoins will be approval.
USDT may get a license, but I doubt it for the rest of the stablecoins pairs.

I think Coinbase still has a big lawsuit case with SEC and same could happen in European regulators in future, they are not going to allow USDC without getting some tax from that.
And if Coinbase lose the SEC case that could seriously affect USDC and EURC, regardless of them having a license on paper.

PayPal USD or PYUSD could also get a license, but all this should be considered temporary and just another tool for tracking citizens and how they spend money.

We are waiting for the efforts and official announcements from other stablecoin issuers in the market. MiCA has been published, stablecoin issuers have a legal framework to comply with and legally reach potential investors in the EU. They will not ignore this market, and I await announcements from Tether regarding MiCA and the EU market.

I am also following the news about the lawsuits between the SEC and Coinbase but am not at all worried about Coinbase future because they are really strong legally and financially. With the SEC current weakness and the possibility of a change in its stance on crypto after the election, I believe that the SEC will have to back down and return peace to the crypto market instead of continuing to use its budget to attack crypto companies such as Coinbase and Ripple.

We will soon know the outcome of these speculations in a few months, I believe it will be positive news to legitimize the bullrun!

I'm not surprised by this. Circle & Coinbase are always faster than many other stablecoin issuers. USDC has also successfully reached Soneium - a new Ether L2, while other stablecoins have not announced any plans for Soneium.

MiCA has been enacted for a long time, but it seems that other stablecoins have no plans to participate in order to seek opportunities in the EU crypto market. This is truly a big advantage for USDC to expand its market share in this market and bring more profits to Circle.
