Option to see user mentions/alerts

Whenever someone quotes your post or mentions your username, can we see it somewhere on forum? I don't like to go through unreads posts, and then through comments to see if someone mentioned me or quoted me.

If there is already such feature and I'm ignorant about it, let me know.

Bitcointalk doesn't have this natively either, but there are telegram bots which do the job.

There is an altcointalk notifier and it has been posted already by Jokers.

Upon checking of the bot, it is only 17 users per month who is active. Is this the same for other users of the notifier bot?
