Move Karma Buttons to upper right corner of the posts

While discussing about users not using the Karma system effectively @NotATether provided his insight which is truly a valid reason

Maybe admin should make the + Karma and - Karma buttons bigger, because I guess they are not prominent enough. They have the same font weight as all the other profile text surrounding it, so even making it bold helps. Or perhaps it can be moved to the top right corner of each post next to the Insert Quote button.

So if that can be changed then I believe too more people will use the Karma buttons which will helpful for the community to identify the users who are contributing to the forum and give them recognition as well which will encourage them to continue what they do.

I agree with this suggestion, karma button next to the post would be right as you are giving karma for particular post.

Currently having it next to the profile gives impression that you are giving karma to the user for his overall contributions in the forum, which feels more like reputation, but people usually use karma button only for the particular post.

At first, the admin planned to add a Karma counter for each topic and post so we could see which post received the most karma. But today, we got an update that the admin is not planning to do that anytime soon because of a possible bug/glitch. It would have been a good decision to move the karma button there if the admin had planned to add karma logs for each post. But since the decision has been changed already, I am unsure if it's too nesseccary to move it there anymore. The karma seems entitled to a person's profile now while it supposed to be for their posts.

Except +/-karma is for the user, not for specific posts, even if there is an overlap here. At least the logs don't show us the post karma is given for so it'd be pointless to implement at this point per above comment. The other issue is the restriction: you can't give karma to a post if you can already given karma to that user in past 10 hours, hence it's for the user, not for posts.
