Bitcoin's $100,000 Milestone Signals A New Era for Crypto?

$100K still not opening its doors to BTC Maybe it will rest at $99K over the weekend and reach that long-awaited six digits after. Anyway, yeah, will have my own little celebration once it's $100K but I'm not that excited with this 'new era'. Institutional money looks good for price but I think it comes with a cost for regular investors.

Hundred thousand mark is just around the corner we might hit that high in just a couple of hours or days and that really is a new era for crypto. History keeps on going and we are great as part of the Bitcoin community who believe it's potential.

Bitcoin has actually given that sense of hope to investors, both small and big ones and these are what they’ve always wanted in order to have confidence in their investment. This is just off to a start of a new era, I see the bitcoin community going to get a larger audience after this bull cycle, we will see more people hoping into the system as mostly investors. If it increased to $412, a new milestone would have been created for Bitcoin. It came back from there at $99,588. I thought Bitcoin would make the 100k milestone tonight but it was not possible. Maybe today or tomorrow, but it is expected that Bitcoin will make the 100k milestone this week. It even reached $99,655.50 for its highest point today, only, it dropped back to $98,805, and is still struggling at that number. Maybe it was just stopped for a while to give a little space for the takers?

$100k is almost reached and is now still a hit at $99,600, +$400 less to touch $100k and still trying to break through.
When $100k is reached, I'm sure the price will go higher as the hype continues.

Finally, we can say that Bitcoin has arrived and it will not anymore be considered as just another fringe players in the market as the limelight is on focus on it today and in the coming months.

Right now, we heard of news of many institutional investors coming on the scene either directly buying and owning BTC or getting involved with the BTC ETFs operating in the market...

Surely, when it rains it can really pour...

With the emergence of institutional investors in the space, we can definitely say that Bitcoin isn't just AN asset anymore. It's market cap surely is lower compared to other older asset classes out there like the stocks, but in the next few decades, more and more money will pour in into the crypto space hence, increasing the price of not only Bitcoin, but maybe some altcoins as well.

As for the new milestone, I guess so, but we expect that a few months after reaching that price, we will go down again as we enter the bear market as well. Anyway, it's only a matter of time until most of those anti-Bitcoin out there will realize that Bitcoin isn't just like any other asset classes out there because many companies are also buying it already because they believe that it's a hedge to inflation and maybe a very good investment for them as well.

Yes, FOMO will come soon when $100k can be broken and the price will certainly be even higher and make a new history for Bitcoin.
Buying pressure will be stronger and added to with Trump's inauguration, which will occur next year or soon.

2025 seems to be a golden year for Bitcoin and all altcoins, as the bulls will come back and make the crypto market green and almost all will get a new ATH.

$100k is just a psychological barrier that will be broken sooner or later, but there are already so many currencies in which 1 BTC is worth more than 100k - for example, in Australian dollars it is worth almost 150 000, slightly less in Canadian dollars, while in euros it is closer to 90k EUR.

I see it as just one achievement after which people will start fantasizing about a new achievement, the question is whether people will be modest and ask "when $200k?" or will speculation start about 1 BTC -> $1 million.

Almost every time he buys a bunch of BTC, the price drops like a rock - or at best, nothing happens. If another person/company (someone much more famous) were doing what Saylor is doing, the price would have long since exceeded $100k.

After reaching the psychological barrier of $100K, the next big goal is to get into the $150K zone but it might take some time and hopefully we can see it done in 2025. As for the 1 million dollar dream, that can come in years maybe in 2030 (just my speculation, btw) but am sure that there are now many holders and investors who are looking into that possibility but then again we don't know for sure if there can't be a crypto winter to come in between before that can happen. When the market is ready eventually the price will happen, for sure.
