It's better to start from the demo and then move on to the real battlegrounds, in my opinion, though.

Worry, panic and fear of losses will always arise when you don't know how the crypto market works and where the market is going.
But if you understand and understand the market works, you will definitely be more relaxed and certainly rebuy when the price drops to a certain limit.

I also used a demo but it was only at the beginning, but then I preferred to trade for real but with little money to limit the losses that could have occurred.

Yes, the difference between trading with a demo account and a real account is very clear due to the difference in feelings when our money is at risk. Where there are such conditions in a real account, price changes that do not meet expectation or forecast tend to create emotional pressure including worry, panic, and plain desire to shut down positions as is without having to think it through. Researchers have found that a majority of new entrants into the marketplace end up reporting huge losses based on these feelings rather than sound strategies. To overcome this, we can practice with techniques like testing it through the demo, but gradually we expose ourselves whether in a small proportion towards the real market through actual money to make sure that our mentality and our ability to control our emotions when trading will be strengthened.
