HODLers, do you use paper wallets?

I have never used a paper wallet before  and have no intention of  using it. My experience with hardware wallets have been a smooth one and I cannot risk storing my coins in a paper wallet that has no recovery option if eventually damaged or lost. A lot of hodlers have realised this about paper wallets and that's why many like me prefer to use good hardware wallets. There may be some other benefits of paper wallets I don't know about, but I don't see myself using a paper wallet.

Paper wallets were the default option before hardware wallets were invented. I suppose that most people have migrated but there have been some financial, let's say casualties where the paper wallet was damaged or lost before this happened.

So let's just relegate all paper wallets to the dark corner of history and forget about their existence entirely. They are not worth it anymore.

They are truly not worth it anymore. The alternatives we have now are way better and safer. Most hardware wallets give better protection of our coins, security, easy access and flexibility. This is why in few years to come, no one will be talking about paper wallets anymore, except for the sake of history

You are making good choice by choosing hardware wallets over paper wallets because of security risks. Hardware wallets keep your money safe and let you recover it easily if something goes wrong and also protect you from online threats and are easy to use. Paper wallets may be cheap and stored offline and easy to carry and simple but dangers of losing or damaging them and losing your money forever are bigger than good things. Since hardware wallets have worked well for you it is logical to keep using them. This way you can feel safe and secure with your cryptocurrency.

I do not even recommend that anyone should use a paper wallet now, hardware wallets and airgapped wallets are a better form of cold storage. Paper wallets have more disadvantages than them, especially in how people set them up, if they do it wrongly or do it online, that could be a problem. Hardware wallets are newbie friendly and i recommend it to newbies for cold storage.
