I can't answer this confidently since I don't know how to identify if my body produces them in real-time, but I do have an experience of participating in a lucky draw and not feeling anything after I won it. I guess the size of the prize contributes to that, so it's similar to how you play with little to no capital at all. I also won a lot of 50:50 in gacha to the point that I don't feel joy after seeing another one anymore.
