As an individual considering to start trading, understand that the money you can lose trying to learn to trade on your own when you know that learning on your own is a difficulty will be more than the amount of money you will spend if you decide to get a mentor, teacher, or guide early.

A mentor, teacher, or guide will not only teach you the basics in the order of importance and how you should know it, but will also share with you their experience, and that can be very invaluable.

Some early mistakes in trading are capable of ending your trading career. A mentor, teacher, or guide can help you avoid some of these major pitfalls.

One thing is not 100% sure that by spending money on some mentor you won't make lose because the mindset of the person like in this case your depends on making you profit and lose both. For example, if your mentor says this X coin is a good buying and asked you to invest only %10 but you become greedy and invested %50 and that coin starts to dip and your mentor also asked to put SL and you did not do that either.

These kinds of mistakes and emotions can make more lose and if you learn them by yourself then you can understand them better. An inquisitive mindset is necessary to learn more, but yeah, if you want to make the best of this bull run and don't want to ruin it in learning only, then finding a mentor and spending money on it is definitely a better option.

having a good mentor in my opinion is difficult, because it seems that during my time in the crypto world I have not found the right mentor. this is what made me decide to learn about trading on my own. but if we have the right mentor we can learn according to the guidance of our mentor. don't be greedy and according to what our mentor says, if you have to buy 10% don't buy more because a mentor must have good analysts and intuition on a coin.
However, if we don't find the right mentor, we can learn trading on our own by watching videos, reading books and being active in forums about trading.

Not all mentors are trustworthy and even if a mentor is trustworthy never depend on one alone. I mean on the same topic on BTT I just posted about a story that, one of our local pro-crypto influencers last year scammed people (not actually scammed because he surely gave disclaimers) but followers copied his trades on MEXC and he was a partner or ambassador there so he made a profit and made some wrong trades if the followers would have observed those trades with little knowledge they could know these are wrong trades.

I might be wrong about finding them wrong because not every person has enough IQ or enough knowledge, but it was not that hard, so he made wrong trades, people lost, and he made a profit, then said I did not ask anyone or forced to follow me just shared that I am doing it and you guys if want on your own then, can follow me.

The importance of a mentor is high but depending on one is wrong.

According to what I have seen in my country, mentors can charge you huge amount of money. I have a friend that wanted to know how to trade like 5  years ago, the mentor-to-be told him to bring about $285. That is not a small amount of money in my country. You will be surprised that the person that wants to learn how to trade will have not more than $100 for the trading. So what is he going to do if he needs a mentor? The money discouraged some people not because they see it as waste of money but because they do not have the money to pay the mentor.
I think this factor is what discourages newbies from wanting to engage in trading basically.
When people have an intention fo start trading, most of them or majourity have not much knoledge about what the crypto space is all about. They need a mentor right? But the prices this mentors offer is so much to discourage a newbie who is still trying to find his way into the crypto space  from withdrawing himself or herself.
And no matter how much books or pdfs you read,it still won't be the same i.e the same knowledge you'd get when a mentor teaches and put you through.
Even though despite all this,i think if you really want something, you should be alot determined. The prices shouldn't literally scare you off,i mean,if you really want to learn, you have to sacrifice something right?
So save up comrade,it's like a sacrifice you're making for the future rather than just putting your investments without fully being equipped of the knoledge of knowing what to do and what not to do.
I think mentors are best for newbies.Dont let the price scare you off. This are sacrifices you make.

If a newbie can be patient, he can understand the basics of trading. He will likely lose but not really bothering if small amount of money if used at start until he has the experience.

Mentoring is very good but not very necessary for someone that can be patient. People looking for mentor should also be very careful for not to get scammed.

good advice and i agree with this. a newbie should be patient by continuing to learn and practice to gain knowledge, experience and skills as well as accuracy in predicting the price of a coin that he chooses to trade. And a trader must have the right intuition. because it is difficult to predict the crypto market, we must always practice as many people suggest in this forum.
a good mentor is also needed, but it is very difficult to find a mentor who is sincere in teaching us.
