Gensler was widely criticised for the lack of clear rules regarding cryptocurrencies and what is and isn't classed as a security.

The new Chair will be appointed by Trump. To make things more interesting, The Washington Journal reports that Trump is meeting with the Coinbase's CEO, Brian Armstrong, to discuss his appointments:

President-elect Donald Trump is meeting with the CEO of cryptocurrency exchange platform Coinbase Monday, according to people familiar with the matter. The duo is expected to discuss personnel appointments for his second administration.

The meeting between Trump and Brian Armstrong would mark the first time the two have met since Election Day and comes as Trump continues to fill out his cabinet and other senior posts. Trump, formerly a crypto skeptic, has turned into a vocal supporter of the industry.

Trump is meeting with Coinbase ceo makes me surprised as why only him, I don't know much about the CEO, is he the goat in crypto or what? I am sure he must be a big donator of Trump and nothin else whatever the reason will be, it's in the best interest of Coinbase and maybe as I said before for Binance but I think if Coinbase ceo wants then things can become unhealthy for competitor exchanges.

There is already a newly nominated guy by DJT to replace the infamous Gary Gensler and he is Paul Atkins who am hoping will really be good for the cryptocurrency industry and not be acting like the one occupying it now. While I understand that there is that strong need for regulations so as to make surer that the playing field is fair and no scams and frauds will flourish, what is wrong is not working with the industry you are trying to regulate and not working to clarify things for the industry to follow. We know that Donald trump also reject Gray Gensler  from cryptocurrency chairman. I think that he could not get best security and could not maintain in crypto rules in this time. If it will be true, I think that it will be correct decision for crypto currency market. Because I think that in this time Donald trump could join in a new prefer chairman in crypto currency market. It's like I remembered something where in a village where all relatives were together when they found out that one of their families was leaving, they showed that they were sad or quiet, then when they watched their relatives slowly leave, you would think they were very sad.

Then when his whole family saw that he was really gone, they suddenly celebrated your absence from their place hehe, that's how I see it with Gensler, the only difference is that with Gensler, the crypto community is now celebrating in this field industry while its effectivity of resignation is not done yet hahaha.
