Unable to see sent messages.

Earlier today I sent someone a Pm, out of curiosity, I wanted to confirm if the pm actually did deliver, but it seems that I can't find outbox/sent messages.

How do I deal with this?

I thought sent messages is already the default settings but you probably still need to adjust it.

Go to My Message > Preferences > Change Settings > Choose Save a copy of each personal message in my sent items by default.

That should work. Let us know if you still encounter problems.

I don’t know if it can’t be fixed but what I know is that before sending a message you have to click on “save a copy to my inbox” before you send it out - if not nothing will be saved for you.

It is the default settings for me, but some users can mistakenly uncheck the box and I think that’s the case of the Op.

I experienced this when im just at least a month of using this forum (way back december 2023)  i'm trying to check my sent pms but i got nothing there and i found out that it is not saved by default. Just like what other replied, i did the same after i realized that mistake. Somewhere after that someone complain and i guess admin did change it as default settings, if im correct.

I have done exactly as you suggested. But it seems the one I sent before setting this is lost. Infact, after setting this, I don't still see any outbox.

What is gone is gone. The change about saving sent PMs that you entered in the settings was functional only after that, and from now on, your outbox will remember your sent PMs.
