Is gamble a sin?

Well, personally, I am very open-minded about religion. I have been Catholic since I was little, but I am one of those who go to Mass every Sunday. No, I am lazy, I can't, I am not one to be in these things, but that does not mean that I am not with God the Heavenly Father. On the Contrary , my Spiritual level does not need those things, because I know that I can do Good things Without needing to go to church or for people to see me. No, the important thing is what one does and that we know when things are done well or badly.

Catholic religion (or any Christian denomination to my knowledge) doesn't work like that. People like to think of themselves as good and feel entitled to salvation because they didn't kill/rape anyone, but that's not enough. You have to put God first and suppress your ego, which is hard because it goes against our primal, animal instincts. You can't mold the religion to fit your lifestyle and cater to your laziness and desires. You should conform to God's will, not the other way around.
If you cannot muster a minimum self-discipline to even visit the Church as the Catholic doctrine tells us to, is this putting God first?
That selfish, lazy approach to life in general is the main reason Western civilisation is falling apart.

Yes and precisely for me those things are delicate, because there will always be many who are faithful to dogma and do not get out, then in the name of God they commit atrocities , for me the Vatican is the main temple where the lowest things in the world are handled and they do not say that, but I know that it is so, the fathers, popes, cardinals are the biggest and worst sinners there are, some are not, I know that there are some who do have the vocation ,  but we are all clear that in the casino are the darkest secrets of humanity, for that reason I do not believe in any religion and yes, I always Respect the People who follow the religion and its rules, but I do not share, that is why with the game it does not apply to me.

It would certainly be wrong to call gambling a sin. It may be that after a person becomes addicted to gambling, he engages in some activities to manage his money which are not right and which will be considered  ‍as sin religiously. But if someone is able to control himself even after losing money in gambling, then we cannot call gambling a sin.

The subject of gambling is a matter of morality so there are people who sees gambling as something that is not morally acceptable based on the fact that it involves money being staked and also money being expected from it so to them it's like you eating from what do do not benefits from so they see it as something that is not morally not acceptable these class of people belong to the religious seck while there is also those free thinkers who see gambling as just an activity so they take part in it from the point of view of relaxing and having fun gambling is one thing that can actually keep one busy especially when you don't have anything doing so wether gambling is a sin or not depends on the individual involved  because as humans we have different way at which we view things

There was a user in BTT who actually mentioned about it I can't remember the verse but the story was that there are group of guys trying to put all their money in a pot and play their fate on it. Which at the end on the verse, the author of the book advice don't befriend these kind of guys.

The subject of gambling is a function of morality and should not be confused with spiritual meaning because life will not be fun and enjoyable if we only base our life's with religious beliefs systems I can't say that gambling is a sin because every one has what he believes man as a free thinker is always looking for one way or the other to enhance his society so any one who sees gambling morally fit to engage in should not be criticize because he or she has the right to do anything that is morally acceptable to them self

In our religion of Islam, gambling is prohibited and mentioned as a heinous sin, and we who believe in the Muslim religion always try to abstain from gambling. However, in many religions, it is not considered anything other than a form of pure pleasure. However, there is no obligation on anyone to accept it in their own religion as they see fit.
