That's fine, but the idea of knowing who sent you karma should be made known as soon as possible since the forum is no longer as it was before in generating traffic and spreading awareness of altcoins.

I believe you have done much over the years to keep the forum running, and free from being hacked. That's commendable, and it's not going unnoticed. However, thanks for having a beautiful forum like this. It is not easy to have it run in any part of the country one finds themselves in.

Knowing who gives karma (especially the negative one) will never be a good idea, as that would lead to many arguments, tensions between users, and wars that would never end, and that would be creating an atmosphere totally opposite to what should exist in the forum.

Sending Karma (positive and negative) will remain anonymous, otherwise, we would all end up crazy.

So, for example, I get negative karma points every day, even when I'm inactive for a few days. I assume it comes from the same user, because it happens daily, probably after the limit expires.
Earlier, I presented a few cases of spammers, so maybe it's some kind of punishment for me for ruining someone's multi-account business.

Now from my point of view, I would rather say that it is unfair that one can covertly give negative karma, because that way the real intentions are concealed, than that unnecessary "drama" would cause harm.
If I am right in my case, then it is certainly not stimulating to work on improving the forum.

It might be good to know that the admin, as part of regular maintenance, periodically checks the karma log to prevent misuse.

I don't know if it is technically possible to create an automatic system that would display all users who have given negative karma every week or in a certain period, from which it would be possible to clearly see if there are users who abuse this feature. Considering the number of active users, I don't think even a manual check would be a problem, but it seems that everything related to the karma system is not a priority.

If nothing else, the admin wrote that he will allow some moderators to see the karma logs, so more eyes will have a chance to find those few rotten apples that have crept in among us.

If this is achievable, which I know it is. It would go a long way to solve some of the karma related issues that people raise in the forum. Recently there has been a lot of out cry for abuse of negative karma. I have seen more than two posts complaining about receiving negative karma unnecessarily. If the number of people that gives negative karma are displayed on a weekly basis, it will not completed solve the problem, unless the post and the profile to which they give the karma would also be displayed.

I finally saw this, and it is very heart pleasing, cause I have been seeing lots of members in the forum asking how to see who gave +karma or -karma. Having seen this, they should be willing to spend some of their ALTS in other to see who did. Though the price is still very affordable.

I just hope it won't be abused especially for -karma and trying to give it as a reaction. Instead it's better to improve the quality of your posts and Remove strikes, penalties and negative karma, the easiest way is by burning ALTS

After knowing the details of anyone who gives karma by using the 'The Eye of Sauron' feature, the possibility of revenge may appear as a reaction, especially to the negative karma they get. However, if there is indeed an indication of abuse karma, it should be reported to the admin instead of giving each other negative karma.

I see the case has been resolved, as mentioned by dragononcrypto here.

I just found out that Karma Logs is currently also available for top management, such as the President, Vice President, and ex-President.

This is the case.
In the end, the admin solved the matter without officially announcing publicly or via PM which account was in question. It didn't matter to me, so I didn't insist, although I concluded what it was about using my own methods.
So even though I asked for insight into the karma log, I didn't get it, I accepted the procedure as it was carried out in this case.

Well, well, well, This is the thing we were looking for. But, I won't say I am too happy about it because of the obvious reason. We have the feature but it's paid.

i honestly do not see anyone using this except for those rich with altt it is a good feature of course not only will you identify which kind of posts get the most karma but you would also know who are the ones giving you karma and maybe as a thank you gift you’d gift them too

anyway i believe there could be more options to do this in the future but for now i guess this is the best we could have thank you still and hoping for a more inclusive and easier way to see who has given you karma

Usually you don't need to know who is giving you positive karma or negative karma. Since you are contributing to the forum, you are likely to receive positive karma for your positive contribution. But sometimes we make mistakes which can lead us to get some negative karma. In such case, you may want to know what mistake you made, which actually resulted in getting negative karma. Also, if you believe someone is abusing the karma system and giving you negative karma unfairly, only then you use this feature. At least I believe that is when most likely users are going to use this feature. You don't want to spend your money to know who giving you karma regularly. Right?

Oh wow, this is fascinating, I guess most users asking about how they could get to know who gave them negative karma has finally gotten an answer.
Welldone @admin for creating this topic.
I just hope the abuse of karma would not kick off from here, cause those users who are unhappy about having negative karmas would want to revenge...

But I see it best, for users to put effort In creating meaningful topics and desist from defaulting the rules of the forum rather than going about trying to find who gave  a negative karma.
