Why the our Board cool like this

The fact of the matter is that we have to be more intentional with the way we create new thread and even the way that we make comments on this our local board because often times you will see that for a full day no body will even comments on this local board not to even talk about creating new threads that will spies up interesting discussions that will keep the board busy we have to as a matter of fact be more intentional in the way we comments and post in this our local board

The thing is that not many Nigerians are active in the forum - so even if you create a quality thread you’ll only get two to five people commenting on it, and most times it doesn’t interest that much to keep the conversation going because of the low turn up.

I remember one time when our thread was very active - so many newbies that were curiosity as to how the whole forum works and constantly creating threads to ask, I think with time we’ll be able to get that activity back but for now we have to make do with what we have.

Consider the whole forum being this idle with activities because of several factors, which lack of signature campaign carries the major significance, the more we are having interesting opportunities from the forum the more it encourages for active participations of the members on the forum, though this shouldn't be the major criteria for doing so, but only serves as an added advantage to see it get more engaged when others are posting and being active.

Each forum has its own cycle, sometimes there are many discussions are getting on in the forum, sometimes it is less active. However, what makes a community real is not just all of the intriguing things that the members of the community get to do, but this feeling that members have an opportunity to share, to find similar interlocutors, and to work collectively on the improvement of the community’s state. If people are having less participation, there may be things which needs improvement, may be a way of encouraging an interactive platform, encouraging the users encouraging the members to contribute and make adjustment to facilitate the community building. I think that active forum is not only about incentives, but about how many individuals feel that their input is special and needed. Nevertheless, one can still observe a possible development of the feeling of interaction where there is togetherness and readiness to share opinions.
