Ripple is looking for an Information Security professional with strong expertise in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) to help build a top-tier security program. This role is perfect for someone who understands security risks, compliance frameworks, and automation, and who thrives in a fast-moving, cloud-focused environment.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:

    Risk Management & Compliance: Identify, assess, and manage security risks while ensuring compliance with frameworks like SOC2, ISO 27001, NYDFS, PSD2, MAS, DORA, CBI, and MICA.
    Technical Security Expertise: Strong background in infrastructure security, security operations, and security architecture. Hands-on experience in cloud security (especially AWS) and knowledge of Kubernetes security is a big plus.
    Automation & Optimization: Design automated workflows to streamline evidence collection, security configuration monitoring, and compliance tracking.
    Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with engineering, security, and product teams to align security initiatives with business priorities.
    Clear Communication & Documentation: Exceptional writing skills to develop policies, procedures, and risk reports.
    Strategic Leadership & Mentorship: Lead GRC initiatives, mentor team members, and foster a productive and innovative security culture.

Preferred Experience & Certifications:

    7+ years in information security risk management within a highly regulated industry.
    Strong experience in cloud security (AWS) and Kubernetes risk assessment.
    Familiarity with GRC platforms and security tooling.
    Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Security, PMP are desirable.

💰 Salary Range (CA-based): $188,000 - $211,000 (excluding bonuses, equity, or commissions).
