Anchorage Digital is looking for an Engineering Lead to help build and scale its cutting-edge crypto platform for institutional investors. This role is all about leading a team of engineers, driving technical strategy, and fostering a high-performance engineering culture.

    Strong leadership skills – Experience managing and mentoring engineering teams, especially distributed ones.
    Technical expertise – Hands-on experience with complex distributed systems. Go is their main language, but they value strong engineering principles over specific tech stacks.
    Strategic mindset – Ability to refine engineering roadmaps, improve operational efficiency, and align technology with business goals.
    Problem-solving ability – Comfortable tackling ambiguous challenges and delivering scalable solutions.

Bonus Points If You Have:

    Experience with applied cryptography and blockchain protocols.
    A background in finance or crypto.
    Proficiency in Go, Rust, TypeScript, Solidity or zero-knowledge technologies.
