It's probably not the reaction that most speculators have expected but the summit somehow proves the commitment to support crypto that Trump said during the campaign period. For me, all of this are still the talking stage. I think the market would react positively once real change in policies is in place.

It's because there's nothing to react to, Trump just says that the will just hold on crypto that they have. So it you read between the lines, there will be no buying from the US government unlike Argentina.

And obviously we are all dismayed by the Summit and on the other hand, if you want to see the reaction, price goes down again -3% to -4% in the last 24 hours.
It seems everyone is waiting for something like the Trump administration to declare and buy more but it turns out they just show support on crypto and nothing more. The summit really does not trigger any impact like significant rise as what the crypto community has been expecting but you know things has to be that way better luck next time to those who really expect something good from something like that event.

Sad ending for conclusion of crypto summit last two days ago, not bring impact yet for market keep stable at lower price after my huge expectation with crypto summit bring positive impact for cryptocurrency price. Seems many investor got disappointed with crypto summit result although US government keep support with bitcoin and altcoin but they not invest any more in bitcoin or altcoin.
just waste our time waiting the big news at crypto summit without bring positive impact yet for market, I don't sure yet with Donald Trump promising at his campaign will make crypto more useful in the future as legal payment currency.
I also don't really believe a politician's promise, because they usually forget their promise after achieving what they want.
we should stay focused and make an analysis so that we can decide to sell according to our analysis and predictions.
I'm not waiting for Trump's policy, but I'm just waiting for the bitcoin price to reach a new ATH target of $ 125K, this is the target to sell all the bitcoins I have.

       -      That's true mate, most of the promises of politicians are only nailed in the end when they sit in the position they ran for in the government. That's why look at what's happening in the market now, the high expectations that those who believe in Trump have been replaced by disappointment somehow.

We don't know what Trump wants to show with these events in the market that last night it fell by around 81k$ something. So for those who were able to buyback, this is a good chance for DCA.

But surprisingly the market didn't react positively.

Surprisingly? Have you people actually watched it?
This is basically what it was:

taken from
https://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoCurrency/comments/1j6vunj/trump_does_not_understand_bitcoin/

Ever people from cryptoforums or social media are mocking what they saw there, what did you really expect the outcome to be?

Quote
“‘Never sell your bitcoin.’ That’s a little phrase that they have. I don’t know if that’s right or not. Who the hell knows.
He actually said it, who the hell knows!

If a guy promoting a thing would tell you, this will be good, probably, who the hell knows, would you buy it?

We are disappointed all because the market did not react very positively to the crypto summit as initiated by the White House. In my view, we should not expect that all the things made by Trump or the White House on cryptocurrency will lead to breakout in prices of coins most especially Bitcoin. Expecting unrealistically is something that can be a formula for disaster. Next time we know, irrational people in the industry will start to blame Trump...watch out for that. As for me, it is already good thing that Trump has not decided to sell the BTC under government's hands...had he not won we will never be sure if those will be kept under the strategic reserve for crypto...that would have been a very negative force to reckon with.
Too much hope on Trump to pump bitcoin price and you guys forget that bitcoin needs no Trump for it to keep its nature. Bitcoin will pump when the time is right and no one knows when. Seems a lot of people are scared if the bull run is over, because they didn't take profit when the price of bitcoin was at 100k.

Once the process of creating a crypto reserve begins it will be possible to know the exact amount of cryptocurrency. The prices of various cryptocurrencies including bitcoin, began to rise after donald trump was elected as us President for a second term. White House crypto expert david sachs posted on his X handle that the us government has decided to create a cryptocurrency reserve.
A White House statement quoting david sachs said the conference will feature prominent founders, CEO and investors in the crypto world as well as those who work with the us President digital assets.

Of course, the summit itself is positive, but I don't think there is anything new that it can add to the market other than Trump's announcement of his commitment to a friendly policy towards Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies.

I am also surprised by the market's lack of positive reaction despite the positive news that has been coming in the past period, such as this summit and the announcement of the US strategic reserve of cryptocurrencies. Despite all this, we still notice a decline in the market, but we hope to see a significant rise in the near future.

Hi guys happy weekend. So the crypto summit held yesterday at the White House. But surprisingly the market didn't react positively. Who listened to it and what do y'all think about the event?.

I kept up with the summit stuff and it felt like everyone was hoping for big rules or some exciting news, but nope, nothing clear came out. With no juicy updates, people goy nervous and didn't jump in, so the market just kinda sat there or dipped a bit. It's wild how this regulation mess keeps folks on edge. Goes to show big events don't always mean big moves right away!

I am also not surprised to see that the market did not react to the acclaimed positive news from the just concluded crypto summit held at the white house, it is abundantly clear that the crypto community can no longer be taken for granted in manipulating the market by just some few individuals and I believe they got the signal loud and clear this time. It is best Bitcoin is allowed to grow sustainably as it grew from the beginning till this point it is, it can do better without the white house statement and can also do better without Trumps interferrence.

Talks are what we've been watching for from the start of this year, if not more.

At least there were some bullish statements, but it's all to it..

Bitcoin needs no Trump but it needs MONEY!
If there is no money, there is no pump. And where is the money going to come from, from this?
