IEOs on many Rounds of sales, a proof lack of interest?

I have been wondering about so many IEOs in some of these exchanges being carried out in different rounds of sales, and came to conclusions that these IEO sales are without interest from the public or that may be some these exchanges are unpopular etc.
However, IEO sales on Binance exchange are always been carried within hours, and i thought of the level marketing carried out by the project team of Binance exchange. Now, beside Binance, many IEOs where hadly concluded on just one round. Please share your opinion on these differences as a concerned crypto enthusiast/participants. Thanks

You are right. Many IEOs provide several rounds, it is clear that their target in fundraising hasn't been achieved yet. Yes, it showed us that there is a lack of interest from investors to buy new altcoins. Commonly, people are not really interested to buy new altcoins providing IEOs on small or untrusted exchanges.

It is just another indication that the market is still low and investors lack interest in new projects especially after long downtrend and many scams as well this situation can only be changed after a massive bull run.

IEOs on popular exchanges like binance, gate, bitmax, bitfinaex lasted for seconds because there is a small group of investors that only uses it as an opportunity to put money and move out when there is profit. it is private crowd funding thing and if you are not fully aware of how it works, you should avoid such places.

You are not correct in your opinion, IEO listing on binance or other popular exchanges are not bought by small investors and it not private crowd funding thing.
Exchange like Binance is a big exchange that has huge community of traders and investors, a reason coin listing are carried out by tje community votes and not by small investors as you stated. Please verify your state with proof. Thanks

Many companies conduct IEOs on scam exchanges where it does not matter how many rounds of token sales will be, because there will be one result, there will be no any company which will can earn with their IEO on scam exchanges, and top exchanges like binance, okex, gate, huobi with a huge investors base and liquidity always successfully conduct almost any IEO.

You are talking about shit IEOs on shit exchanges. IEOs on top exchange like you said, Binance or Okex are still sold out in a blink of an eye. I can't understand why some exchanges with  only a few users such as Latoken or P2PB2P can even think of holding IEOs.

Lets say it is several rounds, but it does not despict lack of interest.
WHy?

Because several times, the prices of each rounds are different, and brings different values too
Do your research then decide if it is investment worthy or not.

I think one of the causes of IEO going fast in binance is because there are many traders and investors who believe in this exchange.
Currently there are many good projects, but the level of investor confidence will improve when IEO is on the other top exchanges.

I think it just an IEO trend on all exchanges this days, whether these exchanges have the investors, traders, or users that are ready to invest or trade new coins or no.
IEOs on Latoken, p2p2b2b, probit, and many others are some of these exchanges that carried out IEOs without on rounds of sales: and some of the sales never concluded neither coins/token are ever completely sold. I am syill wondering how unfinished token/coin sales will get listed on these exchanges to make any tangeble progress if they finally get listed on other  exchanges.
In my opinion IEO/ listing of coins/token on big exchange will always boost investors confidence, and it will remain investors choice whether old or new investors.
I think that there should be few exchanges that can able to carry out IEOs and shouldn't be on all exhanges.

It's true it was really happening on some projects in the present time. multiple rounds of IEO has been done. but in the end still it was not successful it was a clear evidence that the market has change already. Because more and more investors are cautious in terms of investing in the IEO specially when it was conducted in the unknown exchange while other has not interested to the project.

IEO is done in a large and well-known market. It will be easier to make a project successful when doing IEO. The market is very influential in addition to the project profile and the #DevelopmentTeam  that is on the project
