I mostly hold my coins and tokens and wait patiently for the price to increase. Then during these days or months, I allocate my time for bounty campaigns and airdrops instead of trading.

I would choose to hold my coins and not worry about it. I will probably just be patiently waiting for the right time and the good price. If it happens, I will just relax and not panic. I will be thinking that it will become better again, so no need to worry.
