Cryptocurrency trading exchange Binance has been accused by a Reddit user who called for help to get back his funds after he was strictly locked out from accessing his fund for over a week.

According to the Reddit user with the username skilledguyfx, his account was locked after Binance asked him for his personal information.

After submitting a ticket, support got back to me, requesting personal information and so I gave them all of it. After that, they asked for additional confirmation via Skype (my funds were still locked). So I said ok, let’s do this! They asked if I was ready, so I said yes. Then I waited 30 minutes, and no call. So I called them and they just hung up on me...
