Yes, I think we are experiencing the altcoins season because, firstly, Ethereum has shown that it is the platform that is hosting several projects and has performed greatly well in the last 21days, hitting $424 day (14 August 2020). Other altcoins has also followed Ethereum in their little ways to prove their potential in the current market trends. Coins like,
Chainlink,
Tron,
vechain,
cardano etc
These coins has performed notablely well in the past 21days.

Altcoins increase in price but not everyone wins, some people make money, others lose money. I can say that it is very difficult to properly invest in cryptocurrency. Except for the top ones, they lead a community. The remaining small fish will easily lose money if they do not follow the rules of the game

Well, I can't categorically say we are in bull market yet. What is happening looks like pre-bull run. In my opinion,  the real bull run is still far ahead. Significant move up in alts may continue for the rest of the year.

you are right, because once whales did not find the market interesting again they will just pull out with a twinkle of an eye, but at the same time the current market state is just an awaken from currenct/past economy trauma faced by different country during this time of covid-19.

Recently market conditions are very much bullish and all cryptocurrencies prics increases. So i think before yearend 2020 bitcoin price will be hitted the 2017 highest price 20000 usd. So who missed to invest in cryptocurrency, then they should invest in bitcoin and Ethereum.
