As most of you know. Today, Bitcointalk has raised the conditions to become a JR Member is 1 merit, If you don't have 1 merit you will become Newbie rank.

It is really necessary??.

On my opinion, It's very useful for time now. Because, This time is have a lot of fake account on bitcointalk. This is going to cause a lot of problem for forum, it's like spammer, cheater, hacker..and so on. This is may slow forum growth in the future.
So. I think it's necessary. Because, this a best way to remove scammer and cheater also hacker out of our community. This has been a great step forward for our development in the future.
