火币收购桐成之路再起波澜，收购委托方被监管调查

[html]据财经网，周五香港政府宪报显示，香港证监会冻结了包括朱李月华旗下金利丰证券等三家不同证券行的个别客户的资产。而金利丰正是火币收购桐成控股的委托方和财务顾问。有业内人士指出，金利丰此次涉及的关联交易具体进展还要看监管的调查结果，如果坐实很有可能影响金利丰的券商牌照，进而严重阻碍火币的收购进度。也有人认为，即使最终确定金利丰有问题，也并不会对火币的此次收购
