Financex scam ?

Hello moderator. Financex scamming bounty participants.
1. there is referral link on their bounty topic.
2. The cut allocation on the end of campaign, from 8.5 M to 500k ( reduced ± 17×) , without notice before
3. Participants who didn't joined throght their referral link, will not get any payment.

This is fraudulent bounty.
By the way, I work for 2 months on this bounty. But, they will not pay me.
And I am banned from their telegram bounty group chat
