Just above the first emoji, you'll find a Mona Lisa image there. But before hitting that, you have to first upload your photo on IMGUR. Copy the link to your photo on imgur and paste it in between after hitting the Mona Lisa image. Hope this will be helpful

You don't need to confirm your email for your account.
But don't forget your email, which you used for your account. It will be useful in some cases, such as when you forget your password.
