it's true and I think it really has a significant effect on the decline in ethereum prices, and right now there is indeed a trend of falling prices.

With large sales volumes, ETH prices will only decline and be difficult to recover. I think the reason why ETH is down is because more and more ICO frauds sell their ETH after they get it from their customers.

Ethere fell because of many factors that influenced it, especially the ban on crypto advertising so that many investors withdrew part of their shares so prices continued to fall this year.
