I agree with your opinion. Maybe there are parties who can control the occurrence of a pump on a particular coin. But they must have coins that are bought at cheap prices. With a large number. Currently coinmarketcap change their rules. I think there are parties control only one coin. not for all coins.

Yes i think that. its fully decentralized structure because last one year no prediction worked in market. If there any controlling power they must think about peoples investment in forum. so for save to forum they did market control. But nothing happened.
