good vision and mission, a solid and experienced team, have a good track record, and also a clear concept, especially if them already have own product, so the project will be more convincing.

Aside from those already mentioned, I would still look for a project with a product that is actually relevant. Something that will be really useful or that will be able to solve a real world problem. Product has to be unique also and not some kind of a faster/better version of coin XXX.

Hello, I want to ask something to you, do you know project ExToke ? That is ICO project about exchange platform, many investors interesting join and reach the softcap easily, they has their coin and exchange which already running and we can using that exchange, and after the ICO stage finish, the distribution is begin and all participants and investors received the tokens.
About Visi and Mission, they want to create free exchange platform which meaning there is no any fee for the users, look wonderful?
But you know? ExToke Is big scams and fraud, they stolen investors assets at the exchange and tokens investment, what do you think about this?

I will look at the idea and plans for the future of the project. If the team members seem serious and reasonable to plan the goals, I will assume that their coins will have good quality. But if they create the roadmap and plans unclear, you are better to stay away.

Low supply, good project area, good advisors, a good team and a good github page which is being updated constantly is a good test to choose your next coin. Also, low market cap is a plus.

Most of the time new quality coins are handle/d by the most trusted bounty managers. Basically they are the reliable person to trust by the hunters. Their name is their glory.

For me that is not guaranteed. First thing first, and we need to see the legality first of the project team. Apps can easily be done by anyone and easily integrated on playstore and apple. So anyone can still do it. Better look on team, make sure they are really true people behind the project.

I like this. It is the good old way to find valuable stocks, in the stock market.  Everything is life has a risk, this has a risk too. But I think that this is a very good strategy to minimize the risk.

If you see the quality of the new coins stay seen in Exchange where the coin is listed. Because the greater the exchanges may be the transaction volume is also great. Although the project is good if only listed in excessed unchanges and the low transactions volume is also the same as no buyers.

Once listed means big payment happened.
It is not a joke listing names in different exchange.
Budget and probability to gain big than expensed matters.
