Low Bounty Budget and doing Bounty Campaign is Getting more Complicated in 2019

As I wrote this Thread -Lots of  Complains About the Current Bounty Campaigns!* Like Low Budget Bounty Campaigns but too many Accepted Participants,* Not Following the Payments stated in the Bounty Thread,* altered rules, lots of Unpaid or Missing Bounty Payment for the Participants, Not Completed Payments, too long waiting period before being paid, approx. 3 months- 6 months period, Unnecessary KYC requirements being Announce in the latter part of the Campaign*  is this the sign that Bounty Campaigns are Dying! What are your Thoughts About this Issues Hovering in Bounty Campaigns.
