I hope you understand that it is quite stupid creating a project without a good business plan because you have a programming skill?. If you have good business plan, even with your programming skills,  you still need a team ad enough funds kick start your project

Yes, I agree on you, but Creating a CRYPTOcurrency is easy but implementing it and having a value is a hard one, you need different kinds of people to be partcipate on this kind of scenario, you need to build up a team and focus on project and for its hardwork. And the funds you are talking to about is the main rule.
