i have always said and i will keep on saying that IEO ramains the best means of earning crypto. although some exchanges recently do not conduct proper regulations on the projects that launched IEO on them.

I will choose ICO, because the process is easier.
Maybe the IEO is more promising, but if we look at the development of ways to invest now, ICO has not been completely abandoned and still has a good place in the hearts of investors when the project has good ideas and real teams.

your choice is the safest ones. Top coins in the coinmarketcap is a safe investment if your are afraid to lose all your money however being in a top coins is not a guarantee to be their for the next coming years however this risk are minimized because they have proven something. New IEO coins have also potential. High risk but high return.

It will be too risky if you only consider the easiness in the process. I don't say that you are wrong to choose ICO, but you are better to be selective and take attention to security. I am sure that not all ICOs are worthless yet only a few ICO projects can be successful and trustable currently.
